If anything you bought from Flow Botanicals isn't right for you, email info@flowbotanicals.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund the full amount you paid for that order, shipping included, to your original payment method. You don't need to send anything back.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email info@flowbotanicals.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and its packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or a full refund if you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of your email; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
